100 Day Happiness Guarantee
Each Orro Switch is backed by our 100 Day Happiness Guarantee. This policy allows you to return your Orro Switch for any reason within 100 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Paid shipping charges are non-refundable, but we will take care of the return shipping costs.
After the product is received in our warehouse, we inspect the product and provide you with a refund via the original purchase method. It may take up to 5 business days to process your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
