During the Test Switch portion of setup, you may experience a short delay between when you press the switch and when the Orro App responds. If you feel the Switch or Orro App are not responding correctly, please try the following:
Repeat the prompted tests a few times.
- Click the switch ON
- Click the switch OFF
- Tap on the dimmer dots on the switch display
If there is no response, wait 1 minute, then repeat the tests.
Check that the switch buttons actually "click" when you press the top and bottom of the switch. If you DO NOT feel a physical click, please contact Orro Support regarding next steps. The support team’s contact information is located at the bottom of this article.
