If you are unable to control your Orro Switch with the Orro App, please complete the following steps to reestablish connection:
- Exit and reopen the Orro App
- Check if your Switch is connected to WiFi. If you see a WiFi icon with a red dot on the top left of the display, it means your Switch is disconnected from WiFi. If you see this icon, try Restarting the Switch. If this does not resolve the connection issue, reconnect or edit the WiFi network.
3. If you did not see the icon shown above, try connecting your mobile device to the same WiFi network as your Orro Switch.
- If you are on the same WiFi network, but still unable to control the Switch, please Restart your Orro Switch.
NOTE: While it is not necessary for your mobile device to be on the same WiFi network as your Switch for remote control to work, being on the same WiFi network does make the remote control more responsive.
