Below is a general guideline of icons and text you may see on the Orro Switch and what they mean:
The leaf icon indicates that Eco Mode is in effect. This means that the Switch sensed that there is enough ambient light in the room and has chosen to stay off. To adjust your Light Sense settings, please click here.
The circle icon indicates that Hold is in effect and that the lights have been locked at the desired level for 8 hours. There will be text inside the circle noting that the lights are ON or OFF as well as text below noting the remaining time left in the Hold state. To learn how to enable hold, please click here. For instances when you may want to utilize Hold, please click here.
The moon icon indicates Nighttime mode for bedrooms is in effect. Orro uses your pre-set Sleep schedule (sleep and wake times) to make sure the lights do not turn on in the middle of the night due to motion detection. To learn more about this feature, click here.
The large circle icon indicates that a Scene is in effect and that the lights have been locked at the desired level for 8 hours. The text inside the circle indicates which Scene is enabled. To learn more about this feature, click here.
The circular arrow icon with a red line through it on the top left of the display indicates that the Switch is not syncing with Orro properly. To learn how to reconnect your Switch, click here.
WIFI CONNECTION LOST
The WiFi icon with a red dot on the top left of the display indicates that WiFi is disconnected from the Switch. To learn how to reconnect your WiFi, click here.
MULTIWAY/GROUP SYNC ERROR
The two Switch icon with a red "X" on the top left of the display indicates that this switch is not properly communicating with the other Switch(es) in the Group. To learn how to reset your connection, click here.
SMART BULB CONNECTION ERROR
The Switch and bulb icon with a red "X" on the top left of the display indicates that the Switch is not properly communicating with the connected smart bulb(s). To learn how to reset your connection, click here. To learn how to reconnect your Philips Hue smart bulbs, click here.
