If your lights do not automatically turn on when you walk into the room, check the Orro Switch to see if there are any icons displayed. For icons that may be displayed on your Orro Switch, click here. If there is an icon displayed, the Auto-On feature may been disabled because:
- Hold Icon (Yellow Dot) - The Switch was placed in Hold and the lights have been locked at the current level for 8 hours. To learn how to enable Hold, please click here.
- Leaf Icon - The Switch determined that there is enough light in the room. Learn how to adjust your preferred Light Sense here.
- Moon Icon - It is during your scheduled sleep time. Learn how to edit your Sleep Schedule here.
- White/Purple/Pink LED - The Switch was manually turned off, so it will keep the lights off for as long as the Switch detects your presence (Presence-Based Off). Learn how to adjust your Auto-Off settings here.
If you see any of these icons, you can manually turn the lights on by tapping the display or clicking the top of the Switch.
If you do not see any of the icons above, check that your Orro Switch has the Auto-On feature enabled. Depending on the location of your Switch and how easily you would like the lights to turn on, you may need to adjust the Auto-On Motion Sensitivity to best fit your lifestyle. To learn how to adjust your Presence Detection, please click here.
