If your Orro Switch is unresponsive or if you are unable to turn your lights on or off by manually clicking the Switch, we recommend that you reboot the Switch.
If this is not possible or did not help, pull the air-gap tab and leave it out for 1 minute before pushing it back in. Please refer to the GIF below for how to pull this tab and where to find it.
