Currently, the Orro App is only available for iOS devices. However, the App is only necessary to complete setup and settings change but is not required for day-to-day operation. If you have an old iPhone or iPod (with iOS 9 or higher), you can complete setup using that device and, optionally, have it available as a remote for future use.
The Orro iOS App can be found in the App Store here. An Android version of the Orro App will be available later this year.
