We ship to business and residential locations serviced by FedEx in the United States, Canada, U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO. We also offer shipping via USPS to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO.
International Customs, Duties, & Taxes
For international shipments, Orro is not responsible for any customs or import fees applied to your order. All fees (i.e., duty, tariffs, taxes, etc.). imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. FedEx/USPS may require a credit card for payment of any applicable duties, tariffs, or taxes owed in order to release shipment.
A signature is required to receive all Orro Switch orders. To ensure you promptly receive your order, please ship to an address where a signature can be provided upon delivery. We recommend providing a phone number at checkout so the delivery service can contact you in the case of delivery issues.
