Is your switch powered on and working? The display should be on.
IF YES --> go to step 2
IF NO --> If the display does not turn on when you tap it. Please refer to the manual to check the wiring of your switch. If you're still having issues please call Orro support (747) 253-0608
Are there instructions on the screen that you need to follow?
IF YES -->Tap the start menu and follow all instructions on the screen. Please complete the remaining steps on the switch before proceeding
