Once you have completed the setup steps on your Orro Switch, the display will show “Continue Setup” with the Orro logo in the center.
If you see Continue Setup, proceed to the next step of setup by clicking “Yes” in the Orro App.
If you do not see Continue Setup:
- Confirm your Switch is wired correctly. The Switch display should light up after turning the circuit breaker back on. If the display does not turn on, please ensure the circuit breaker has been turned back on. If it has been turned on and the display still does not have power, turn the circuit breaker back off and review the installation steps to make sure your Switch is wired correctly. The installation instructions and troubleshooting can be found here.
- Make sure to follow all the instructions on the switch. Press start and continue following the instructions until you get to the "Continue Setup" screen with the orro app icon.
If you see the “START” button but it does not respond to your click:
Restart the Switch by pressing and holding the bottom of the Switch for 10 seconds until the system menu appears and select “Restart”.
- If restarting the Switch does not solve your issue, you may need to factory reset your Switch. To do this, press and hold the bottom of the Switch for 10 seconds until the system menu appears, select “Factory Reset”, and then confirm “YES”.
