Yes! The Orro App can be used as a remote control for your Orro Switch. For the best experience, we recommend connecting your mobile device and Switch to the same WiFi network.
To make adjustments to an Orro Switch’s settings, you need to be on the same WiFi network as that Switch.
Why do we require your phone to be on the same WiFi as your Switch for remote control?
We have made this requirement to ensure your Switches are secure and remote control works reliably. We are working on a secure method to allow you to use your phone as a remote control anywhere you desire as long as you have a working internet connection.
