Check if your switch is connected to the Wifi
The first step is to check to see if there is a big white pie icon on the switch itself in the lower left. If you see that icon, your switch is disconnected from WiFi
This is what your screen will look like if it is disconnected from WiFi:
If you see the pie icon
If your switch displays the white pie icon, you will need to reboot the switch with the air-gap tab. The air-gap switch is a small slider at the bottom of the switch. When pulled out (away from the wall) it disconnects electricity.
STEP 1: Pull out the air gap switch
STEP 2: Wait 10 Seconds
STEP 3: Push tab back into switch and let switch boot up.
See GIF below for guidance on the above three steps:
After your switch boots up again, if you see the pie icon again, please try power cycling the switch one more time. This time wait 30 seconds before pushing the tab back into the switch.
Power cycling didn't work. Now what?
If power cycling your switch doesn't work, please pull the air gap tab out and leave it out. Then call Orro Support at (747) 253 - 0608 so we can help fix your issue or get you a replacement switch.
