If your switch is unresponsive, you will need to reboot the switch with the air-gap tab. The air-gap switch is a small slider at the bottom of the switch. When pulled out (away from the wall) it disconnects electricity.
STEP 1: Pull out the air gap switch
STEP 2: Wait 10 Seconds
STEP 3: Push tab back into switch and let switch boot up.

Power cycling didn't work. Now what?
If power cycling your switch doesn't work, please pull the air gap tab out and leave it out. Then call Orro Support at (747) 253 - 0608 so we can help fix your issue or get you a replacement switch.
