In order to properly complete setup, your Switch needs to be in “Ready to Connect” mode. To place your Switch in this mode, please follow the below steps:
- Make sure you have completed all setup steps on the Orro Switch. You should see “Continue Setup” on the Switch display.
- Click the top of the Switch 3 times in quick succession.
- You should see “Ready To Connect” appear on the Switch screen.
NOTE: This step may take up to 1 minute.
If more than 1 minute has passed and you do not see “Ready To Connect”:
Restart the Switch by pressing and holding the bottom of the Switch for 10 seconds until the system menu appears and select “Restart”.
- If restarting the Switch does not solve your issue, you may need to factory reset your Switch. To do this, press and hold the bottom of the Switch for 10 seconds until the system menu appears, select “Factory Reset”, and then confirm “YES”.
