If you don't see a switch code immediately it can sometimes take up to a minute for the phone and switch to sync up. If more than a minute has passed and you still don't see matching security codes on the switch and in the app, please make sure you are standing in front of the right switch and are connected to the correct Orro Switch WiFi network.
If the above steps do not work, we will need to reboot the switch with the air-gap tab. The air-gap switch is a small slider at the bottom of the switch. When pulled out (away from the wall) it disconnects electricity.
STEP 1: Pull out the air gap switch
STEP 2: Wait 10 Seconds
STEP 3: Push tab back into switch and let switch boot up.
